The Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC MTS Notification 2024 on 27 June 2024 on the official website at www.ssc.gov.in. This is a good opportunity for the candidates who want to serve as MTS or Havaldar. The SSC MTS online application will remain open till 31 July 2024. Candidates will get a pay band -1 (INR 5,200- 20,200) + Grade Pay INR 1800. The SSC MTS Exam is scheduled to be held in October/ November 2024. There will be two tier exam in which Tier I is mandatory for all. The Tier II in which physical efficiency test and physical standard test will be only for Havaldar Posts. SSC MTS Exam 2024:-
The SSC MTS Exam Date is October/ November 2024. There Commission will conduct exam in two different levels i.e; Paper 1 and PET/ PST. The paper 1 will be in online mode while Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be in offline mode. This second stage is for only havaldar posts. The total number of 120 questions which a candidate have to attempt in 120 minutes. There will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer in Session II. SSC MTS Tier 1 Exam Pattern 2024:-
The SSC MTS Tier I Exam will be held Online through Computer Based Examination (CBE) which is divided in 2 sessions. (Session I and Session II). Both sessions are mandatory to attempt. SSC MTS Tier 1 Exam Date 2024:-
As per SSC Revised Calendar 2024, the SSC MTS Tier I Exam will be conducted in October – November 2024. The Admit Cards will be released before 07 days of examination. Candidates must visit the official website at ssc.gov.in regularly for timely information. The exam will contain MCQs through computer based examination. It will be conducted in two sessions and both sessions are mandatory to attempt. There will be no negative marking in first session. But the Session I paper is qualifying in nature.
SSC MTS Havaldar PET/ PST:-
