The Staff Selection Commission will conduct SSC GD Physical Test 2024 soon. A seperate notification will be out regarding SSC GD Physical Date 2024 on the official website at www.ssc.gov.in. The Central Reserve Police Force will conduct the SSC GD PET/PST Exam 2024. The candidates shortlisted in the GD Merit List will be eligible for these next rounds of selection stages. The CRPF will conduct this physical efficiency test and physical standard test on behalf of CAPFs to check the candidates physical eligibility and endurances. SSC GD Physical Test 2024:-
The SSC GD Physical Test will be for both male and female to check the physical eligibility of candidates. The male candidates will have a different criteria in physical test than females. The CRPF will conduct the PET/ PST test for GD Constable vacancies on behalf of CAPFs. Candidates must visit the official website regularly to remain aware about any updates. SSC GD PST 2024 (Male):-
The motive of conducting physical standard test to check the candidates physical health which includes chest measurements, weight and height. The candidates must meet the required physical eligibility criteria both male and females. The PST is qualifying in nature, the details are below. The male candidates belonging to General Candidates SC and OBC Categories must be at least 170 cm tall and shall have a minimum chest expansion of 5 cm and unexpanded chest measurement should be 80 cm. SSC GD Constable PET (Male):-
After physical standard test, there will be another test known as physical efficiency test for both male and female. Male candidates belong to ladakh have to complete 1.6 kms of running in 7 minutes and candidates from other regions have to complete 5 kms race in 24 minutes.
