The Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board has announced 201 vacancies for female Supervisor on 08 December 2023. The application form has begun from 15.12.2024 and the last date for submitting online application was 14.01.2024. Later, the JKSSB has opened the application portal again for the candidates who had missed the application. According to official data from JKSSB, 1.38 Lakh candidates has submitted application form in the first registration phase and only 2 thousand candidates has submitted forms in second phase of registration. This recruitment is available for only female candidates. JKSSB Supervisor Exam 2024:-
On 16 May 2024, the JKSSB announced exam date for female supervisor posts. The exam date for female supervisor is 23 June 2024. The supervisor paper will be held through computer based test. According to official notice, the JKSSB Supervisor exam will be held between 11.00 am to 01.00 pm at various locations in Jammu and Kashmir. The admit cards has not been released yet but is expected to be released after 16 June 2024. There will be complete ban on using mobile devices or other electronic devices during examination. Notifications from various districts, including divisional commissioner has been released in view of JKSSB Supervisor Exam 2024. These departments has ensured complete support in conducting free and fair examination of the said posts.

JKSSB Supervisor Exam Postpone:-
The candidates across valley are demanding for the postponement of JKSSB Supervisor Exam 2024. The candidates have submitted thousands of grievances to authorities but had got no response. Frustrated candidates, when got no help or response from authorities staged a protest at Press Colony Srinagar against the authorities. The candidates said that we have not been given enough time to prepare for the said exam. The candidates demand one month extension in exam date. There are thousands of aspirants who are demanding for exam postponement. Still the JKSSB authorities has given no response. As of now, the JKSSB Supervisor Exam 2024 will be conducted on 23 June 2024.

JKSSB Exam Postponement:-
Some says ago, some media persons have talked to JKSSB Chairmain regarding students ongoing demand of postponement. The JKSSB Chairmain said that the candidates has been given enough time for preparation. There are total 1.40 lakh candidates who have applied for JKSSB Supervisor Recruitment 2024. Out of them 1.38 lakh candidates wants exam to be conducted on time and only 2 thousand candidates are demanding Postponement of the supervisor examination. He further said, the majority is in the favour of examination to be conducted on 23 June 2024. As of now, there is no response from JKSSB regarding the postponement of JKSSB Supervisor Exam.
